§ 85-8-306 — Commissioner Candidate Filing
85-8-306 . Commissioner candidate filing. A person eligible to vote in the district may file a declaration of candidacy for the office of commissioner within the time period specified in 13-1-502 . If a write-in candidate has filed pursuant to 13-1-502 , the elector may write on the ballots the name or names of the persons for whom they desire to vote.
