§ 81-8-502 — Penalty
81-8-502 . Penalty. Any person, persons, company, or corporation violating 81-8-501 shall be punished by a fine of not less than $25 or more than $500 or by imprisonment of not less than 10 days or more than 6 months or by both fine and imprisonment.
