§ 81-8-276 — Annual Fee And Financial Statement
81-8-276 . Annual fee and financial statement. Livestock dealers shall pay an annual fee established by the department and when requested by the department shall supply a current financial statement. The fee is payable on May 1 to the state treasurer to the credit of the department.
