§ 81-8-256 — Fee To Operate Livestock Market

81-8-256 . Fee to operate livestock market. A person operating a livestock market shall pay annually on May 1 to the department a fee established by the department. All fees shall be paid into the state treasury and credited to the state special revenue fund for the use of the department.
