7-8-2703 . Creation of county land advisory boards.
(1)There is hereby created in each county a department of county government of the state of Montana, to be known and designated as "the county land advisory board".
(2)The general purposes of this department shall be to cooperate with the board of county commissioners of each county in administering lands belonging to the respective counties.
