§ 61-8-720 — Controlled-Access Violation -- Penalty
61-8-720 . Controlled-access violation -- penalty. A person who violates any of the provisions of 61-8-331 (2) is guilty of a misdemeanor. Upon arrest and conviction, the person shall be punished by a fine of not less than $5 or more than $100.
