61-8-604 . Clinging to vehicles. A person riding on any bicycle, coaster, moped, motorized scooter, roller skates, sled, or toy vehicle may not attach the conveyance or be attached to any vehicle on a roadway, but a bicycle trailer may be attached to a bicycle.
