61-8-364 . Crossing firehose. A vehicle may not be operated over an unprotected hose of a governmental fire agency organized under Title 7, chapter 33, when the hose is laid down on any roadway, private road, or private driveway, to be used at any fire or alarm of fire, without the consent of the agency official in command.
