§ 61-8-357 — Unattended Motor Vehicles
61-8-357 . Unattended motor vehicles. A person driving or in charge of a motor vehicle may not permit it to stand unattended without first safely securing it in a manner to prevent the vehicle from rolling onto the roadway.
