61-8-212 . Inoperative traffic control device. An operator of a vehicle approaching an intersection in which an electronic traffic control device is inoperative shall stop in the manner prescribed in 61-8-344 , except when directed to proceed by a police officer, highway patrol officer, or traffic control signal.
