61-8-204 . Reward for information on injury to or removal of sign or marker. Upon conviction under the provisions of 61-8-713 , a person who furnishes information to law enforcement officers leading to the arrest and conviction of the accused person must be paid a reward from the highway nonrestricted account provided for in 15-70-125 in the sum of $100.
