Montana·Title 39 LABOR·Ch. 71 WORKERS' COMPENSATION·Part 9 Subsequent Injury Received by Vocationally Handicapped
39-71-903 . Procedure. When a person with a disability receives an injury, as defined in 39-71-119 , the procedure provided in this chapter applies to all proceedings under this part, except when specifically otherwise provided.
