§ 39-71-2325 — State Fund To Keep Accounts Of Segregations
39-71-2325 . State fund to keep accounts of segregations. The state fund shall keep an accurate account of all the segregations of the state fund and shall divert from the fund any sums necessary to meet monthly payments, pending the conversion into cash of any security, and in such case shall repay the same out of the cash realized from the security.
