90-7-305 . Trust agreement to secure bonds. In the discretion of the authority, any bonds issued under this chapter may be secured by a trust agreement between the authority and a corporate trustee, which may be any trust company or bank having the powers of a trust company in Montana or outside of Montana, if it is determined by the authority to be in the best interest of financing the bonds. The trust agreement or the resolution providing for the issuance of the bonds may pledge or assign the revenue to be received or the proceeds of any contract or contracts pledged and may convey or mortgage the project or any portion of the project.
