§ 39-7-308 — Evaluation Of Multipurpose Service Programs -- Reports To The Commissioner
39-7-308 . Evaluation of multipurpose service programs -- reports to the commissioner. The administrator of each designated program established under this part shall report annually to the commissioner as prescribed by rule, which report must include:
(1)an evaluation of the effectiveness of the program's job counseling, training, placement referral, support, and outreach services to displaced homemakers; and
(2)an accounting of all expenditures.
