39-7-305 . Programs to aid displaced homemakers.

(1)The programs must be developed in cooperation with federal, state, and local agencies and with private employers in order to coordinate efforts directed toward enabling the displaced homemaker to maintain economic security and emotional well-being and to avoid unnecessary duplication of services.
(2)The services may include but are not limited to:
(a)job counseling services that are:
(i)specifically designed for displaced homemakers by taking into account and building upon their skills and experiences; and
(ii)operated to counsel displaced homemakers with respect to appropriate job opportunities;
(b)job training and job placement services that:
(i)include training and placement programs for jobs in the public and private sectors; (
