20-7-330 . Creation of state plan committee -- meetings -- report.

(1)(a) The commissioner of higher education and the superintendent of public instruction shall form a state plan committee as necessary to update the state plan for career and technical education as required by 20 U.S.C. 2301.
(b)The commissioner of higher education shall appoint three people to serve on the state plan committee as follows:
(i)two educators; and
(ii)one representative of a business or community interest.
(c)The superintendent of public instruction shall appoint three people to serve on the state plan committee as follows:
(i)two educators; and
(ii)one representative of a business or community interest.
(d)The commissioner of labor and industry shall appoint two people to serve on the state plan comm
