50-61-120 . Exceeding fire code limits for storage of smokeless powder and small arms primers.
(1)A retail establishment may exceed the limits prescribed by an adopted fire or safety code or a local government ordinance or resolution for the storage of smokeless powder and small arms primers if the storage conforms to the provisions contained in 50-61-121 .
(2)Nothing in this section may be construed to allow repackaging of smokeless powder from larger to smaller containers on the retail premises.
