§ 70-6-503 — Loss Or Damage By Fire -- Liability For Negligence
70-6-503 . Loss or damage by fire -- liability for negligence. All innkeepers or hotelkeepers coming within the provisions of this part shall be liable for loss of or damage to any baggage or other property of their guests caused by fire in every case where such loss or damage is the result of the negligence of such keepers or their servants.
