§ 50-52-211 — Right To Renewal
50-52-211 . Right to renewal.
(1)The department shall renew licenses as a matter of right, unless conditions exist that are grounds for cancellation or denial of a license.
(2)Renewal may be obtained annually by paying the required annual license fee.
