39-51-2408 . Disputed claim -- records of all proceedings to be kept. A full and complete record must be kept of all proceedings in connection with a disputed claim. All testimony at any hearing upon a disputed claim must be recorded but need not be transcribed unless required by a district court or appellate court for judicial review.
