39-51-2401 . Claims to be made in accordance with rules -- notice of coverage. Claims for benefits must be made in accordance with rules adopted by the department. Each employer shall post and maintain printed statements of the notice of coverage that is prepared and distributed by the department in places readily accessible to individuals in the employer's service. The notice of coverage must be supplied by the department to each employer without cost to the employer.
