90-5-304 . Extension of business assistance services to employee-owned enterprises. A business assistance program operated by the state must include employee-owned enterprises within the scope of its business assistance activities. An employee-owned enterprise is eligible for assistance, service, or financing available through any business assistance program receiving state money.
