85-5-205 . Objections to expenses -- hearing. At the expiration of the 20 days' notice, as provided for in the preceding section, if objections to said report have been filed or a motion to retax the same has been made, the court or judge shall fix a time for the hearing of such objections or motion to retax, which time of hearing shall be as soon as the judge or a court can conveniently hear the same. Any person objecting to said report shall be entitled to at least 5 days' notice of the date and time of such hearing. At such hearing the court or judge shall hear and determine the motion or objections and shall make an order fixing and determining the amount found due from each of said water users to such commissioner or commissioners.
