80-5-125 . Exchange of seed between labelers.

(1)When seed is exchanged or transferred from one seed labeler to another, it shall be accompanied by a shipping document which clearly shows the kind(s) of seed and quantity of each kind. Each container of seed in a lot shall carry a lot number designation.
(2)While seed is in the possession of a licensed seed labeler, it must carry a lot number on each container at all times. When seed is made available for sale or sold, a complete label must be attached to each container of a lot.
