§ 75-5-517 — Disposition Of Water Quality Permit Fees
75-5-517 . Disposition of water quality permit fees.
(1)All fees collected under 75-5-516 must be credited to an account in the state special revenue fund.
(2)Money in the account may be used only to pay the department's cost in implementing the functions described in 75-5-516 (1).
