50-5-120 . (Effective January 1, 2027) Critical access health care special revenue account -- rulemaking authority.
(1)There is an account in the state special revenue fund established in 17-2-102 to the credit of the department of public health and human services to support critical access health care base funding.
(2)The account consists of money collected from fees assessed pursuant to 50-5-119 .
(3)Money in the account must be used by the department to provide funding no later than June 30 of each year on the basis of each bed to each critical access hospital.
