§ 44-5-506 — Participating Agencies
Montana·Title 44 LAW ENFORCEMENT·Ch. 5 CRIMINAL JUSTICE INFORMATION·Part 5 Criminal Intelligence Information Section
44-5-506 . Participating agencies.
(1)Agencies eligible for participation in the section are:
(a)municipal police departments;
(b)sheriff's offices; and
(c)sections of the department of justice engaged in criminal investigation.
(2)A participant in the section must be an eligible agency that has been authorized by the attorney general to receive criminal intelligence information from the section under this part.
