32-5-308 . Annual report.
(1)A licensee shall file an annual report by the date and in the manner prescribed by the department covering the licensee's consumer loan activity in this state during the preceding calendar year.
(2)The report must contain the information prescribed by the department. The department may require information that is consistent with the protocols of a nationwide licensing system as provided in 32-5-209 .
