23-5-154 . Soliciting participation in illegal gambling activity prohibited. A person who purposely or knowingly advertises for or solicits another person to participate in an illegal gambling enterprise or use an illegal gambling device is guilty of a crime and is punishable under 23-5-161 and 23-5-162 .
