§ 17-5-903 — Definitions

17-5-903 . Definitions. As used in this part, the following definitions apply:

(1)"Board" means the board of examiners created under 2-15-1007 .
(2)"Bonds" means bonds, notes, or other evidences of indebtedness issued pursuant to this part as highway revenue bonds.
(3)"Cost", as applied to any highway project, means any cost of construction or acquisition of any part of the highway project, including but not limited to the cost of supervising, inspecting, and constructing the highway project, interest during construction and for up to 6 months thereafter, and all costs and expenses incidental thereto; the costs of locating, surveying, mapping, resurfacing, restoration, and rehabilitation; acquisition of rights-of-way; relocation assistance; elimination of hazards of railroad grade cross
