37-47-311 . Limit one license.

(1)An individual may not hold more than one outfitter's license either for the individual's own benefit or for the use and benefit of a business entity. However, the name of a business entity may appear on more than one current outfitter's license.
(2)Subsection (1) does not prevent a licensee from:
(a)owning or operating more than one business entity under one license; or
(b)filing more than one operations plan with the board.
