87-4-602 . Seining licenses. The director shall keep a record of all licenses issued for the use of a net for the taking of fish, showing the name of the applicant, the date of issuance, the waters that the netting is to be used in, and the date of revocation if the license is revoked. The director shall pay all fees received for those licenses into the state treasury to the credit of the fish and game account in the state special revenue fund. A license may not be issued to a person whose license has been revoked for cause.
