87-4-530 . Use of temporary holding pens.
(1)During the shooting preserve season established in 87-4-521 , artificially propagated upland game birds may be held in temporary holding pens for up to 120 days after being delivered to a shooting preserve to acclimate them to the shooting preserve environment.
(2)Any bird held in a temporary holding pen that has not been released on the shooting preserve may not be sold without obtaining a game bird farm license under Title 87, chapter 4, part 9.
