87-4-1101 . Transfer of ownership interest in commercial licenses. Unless otherwise specifically provided in this chapter, the sale or transfer of an ownership interest in an incorporated entity that holds a commercial license issued pursuant to this chapter does not constitute a transfer of the license so long as the license remains in the name of the incorporated entity.
