§ 81-4-328 — Liability Of Officers
81-4-328 . Liability of officers. No officer, board, or employee of any county or any employee of such officer or board shall be liable for any act performed in good faith in discharging official duties under 81-4-321 through 81-4-327 , and all such acts shall be presumed to have been in good faith and in conformity with 81-4-321 through 81-4-327 .
