Montana·Title 81 LIVESTOCK·Ch. 4 CONTAINMENT OF LIVESTOCK·Part 2 Animals Unlawfully Running at Large
81-4-209 . Penalty for violations. An owner, person, firm, corporation, or association violating any provisions of 81-4-203 through 81-4-209 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable as provided in 46-18-212 .
