§ 77-4-207 — Preference To Bid Of Municipality
77-4-207 . Preference to bid of municipality. In case one of the applicants is a municipality, its bid shall have preference provided that it is in all respects as advantageous to the state as the bid which has been submitted by any person or corporation.
