§ 7-4-2705 — Employment Of Special Counsel
7-4-2705 . Employment of special counsel. The board of county commissioners may employ or authorize the county attorney to employ special counsel to assist in the prosecution of any criminal case pending in the county or to represent the county in any civil action in which the county is a party.
