7-4-2518 . Statement of fees to be posted.
(1)It is the duty of each officer entitled to collect fees to keep posted in the office a plain and legible statement of the fees allowed by law.
(2)A failure to do so subjects the officer to a fine of $100 and costs, to be recovered by the county attorney in the name of the state.
