7-4-2501 . Compensation of county officers.
(1)The county surveyor (if not receiving a salary under 7-4-2812 ) and the public administrator may collect and receive for their own use, respectively, for official services, the fees and emoluments prescribed by law.
(2)All other county officers receive salaries.
