7-4-2313 . Deputies and personnel for consolidated offices.
(1)Whenever county offices are consolidated, the officer of the consolidated office may appoint as many deputies as are approved by the board or boards of county commissioners.
(2)The board or boards shall determine the number of deputies, stenographers, and clerks the officers may appoint.
