§ 46-4-207 — Coroner's Register

46-4-207 . Coroner's register. The county coroner shall keep an official register, in which the coroner shall enter the date of holding all inquests, the cause and circumstances of death, if known, and the name of the deceased, when known, and, when not, a description of the deceased that may be sufficient for identification.
