31-4-204 . Restriction on disclosure of proprietary information. A party to a civil action or administrative proceeding in this state may not disclose to or share with a foreign person, a foreign adversary, or a foreign person of concern any proprietary information received in conjunction with or in pursuit of a legal claim in this state.
