§ 16-4-411 — Appeals Concerning Alcoholic Beverages Laws

16-4-411 . Appeals concerning alcoholic beverages laws.
(1)Any interested party shall have the right to appeal any decision of the department of revenue concerning the issuance, transfer, suspension, or revocation of alcoholic beverages licenses to the district court in the county in which the issuance, transfer, suspension, or revocation occurred.
(2)The appeal must be in conformity with the provisions of Title 2, chapter 4, part 7.
