16-4-407 . Renewal and nonrenewal of licenses -- notices of federal permit.

(1)Each July 1 or, when applicable, on the licensee's anniversary date, the department shall issue licenses to brewers, wineries, distillers, distributors, or retailers on an annual basis on receipt of a completed renewal form and payment of the fees prescribed by law.
(2)Subject to the opportunity for a hearing, the department may refuse to renew a license if the licensee no longer qualifies for licensure under 16-4-401 , a completed license renewal form has not been received, or the annual renewal fees required by 16-4-501 are not paid by July 1 or, when applicable, the licensee's anniversary date.
(3)The department shall notify each applicant for an original license or renewal that it is the applicant's respo
