§ 16-4-106 — Beer And Table Wine License Transfers

16-4-106 . Beer and table wine license transfers. A transfer of any brewer's, distributor's, beer retailer's, or table wine retailer's license may be made on application to the department with the consent of the department, provided that the transferee qualifies under this code.
