72-38-206 . Rules of procedure in trust proceedings.
(1)The pleadings described in 72-38-214 are permitted pleadings in judicial proceedings under this chapter.
(2)Unless specifically provided to the contrary in this chapter or unless inconsistent with this chapter, the rules of civil procedure, including the rules concerning vacation of orders and appellate review, govern proceedings under this chapter.
