§ 72-38-203 — Jurisdiction Over Trustees And Beneficiaries

72-38-203 . Jurisdiction over trustees and beneficiaries. Subject to 72-38-204 :
(1)by accepting the trusteeship of a trust having its principal place of administration in this state, the trustee submits personally to the jurisdiction of the court under this chapter;
(2)to the extent of their interests in the trust, all beneficiaries of a trust having its principal place of administration in this state are subject to the jurisdiction of the court under this chapter; and
(3)by accepting a distribution from a trust having its principal place of administration in this state, the recipient submits personally to the jurisdiction of the courts of this state regarding any matter involving the trust.
