§ 87-3-403 — Migratory Game Birds -- Closed Season And Bag Limits
87-3-403 . Migratory game birds -- closed season and bag limits. Laws relating to migratory birds are prescribed by the regulations of the United States department of interior and the fish and wildlife service. Open season, bag limit, and other rules and regulations are announced each year by proclamation by the president of the United States. After each proclamation, the department by proper action will adopt, advertise, and enforce any proclaimed regulations as may be applicable to the state of Montana. A person who violates a provision of this section is subject to the provisions of 87-6-410 .
